A little about me...

Embark on a transformative fitness journey with me, your dedicated personal trainer, deeply committed to fostering an active and healthy lifestyle. My journey began on the soccer field at the tender age of 5, propelling me into the realm of competitive sports and ultimately landing a spot on the Olympic development team. 

A significant chapter unfolded as I dedicated 11 honorable years to the Marine Corps, where I not only led platoons in rigorous physical fitness training but also played a crucial role in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.  

 

Aside from my personal triumphs I motivated post-partum Marines and helped them achieve goals targeted for Marine Corps Standards. Diversifying my expertise, I ventured into martial arts, achieving a brown belt in the Marine Corps Martial Arts program and a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu.

One of the most rewarding facets of my military service was serving as the Uniform Victim Advocate, championing the rights of the fellow Marines who had experienced sexual assault. I ensured they received the care and treatment they deserved, standing as a vocal advocate for their well-being.

 

Beyond my military service, I faced and conquered my own weight loss, challenges overcoming post-pregnancy struggles and rapid weight gain due to PCOS. With unwavering commitment, I shed an impressive 70 lbs. through a tailored approach of healthy eating and targeted exercise, aligning with my body type and personal goals. This transformative experience ignited my passion for helping others achieve their fitness aspirations.

 

My approach as your personal fitness trainer is rooted in precision, discipline, and a deep understanding of individual needs, whether you’re striving for improved fitness, nutrition, weight loss, strength training, mobility, or over all well-being, my goals is to guide and inspire you on a personal journey to success.
